Contract Type:? Full Time, PermanentLocation: Hybrid, 1-2 days per week at Ingenuity House, Bickenhill Lane, Birmingham, B37 7HQ Working Hours:? 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary:? £24,000 to £28,000 dependent on expeirnece

This is unique opportunity for a passionate and ambitious finance graduate to join a new and developing enterprise here at VIVO. This role will encompass a two-year structured development plan, providing you with exposure to a breadth of the VIVO finance function. This will give you the opportunity to contribute to key corporate functions including commercial, human resources, procurement and project delivery, in doing so adding real value to the VIVO from day one. You will also be expected to: – Work towards an agreed qualification that benefits both the postholder and VIVO, and providing outputs as part of the plan that benefit VIVO and seek to deliver continuous improvement for the organisation.

– To assist and support other ad-hoc finance matters as required on an as-instructed basis, undertaking other duties and responsibilities as determined by line management and Finance Managers.

– Any other duties commensurate with this position. What you’ll need to do this role A degree in Finance or equivalent, 2:2 or above. Be Self-motivated. Have a focus on collaboration and experience of working within a team. Demonstrable ability in data processing and handling of invoices and payments. An understanding of accounting practices and processes. To be computer literate, competent in MS Excel, Experience of Maximo or SAP is desirable. Previous experience in a financial environment is desirable. Experience in high volume construction, property maintenance or a related field is desirable. It is desirable that you have experience of operating within an MOD environment and have familiarity with geography and establishments within area of responsibility ?
