Location: Various Secondary Schools – Wolverhampton

Salary: £31,650 – £43,607 | Permanent | September 2025 Start

We’re working with a network of secondary schools across Wolverhampton, all offering fantastic opportunities for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) in a wide range of subjects, starting September 2025.

The Opportunity:

• Permanent, full-time positions starting September 2025

• Opportunities available across all core and foundation subjects (including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, PE, Arts and more)

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to a diverse range of learners

• Inspire students through your subject knowledge and enthusiasm

• Collaborate with experienced teachers and receive tailored mentoring and professional development throughout your ECT years

  We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2025 – applications from ECTs are highly encouraged

  • A 2:1 degree or above in your specialist subject (or a related field)

  • Strong curriculum knowledge and a clear understanding of effective teaching and learning

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills

  • A positive, reflective attitude and the desire to make a lasting impact on young people’s education
