The Junior Sous Chef will be supporting the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and a key part of managing a small team of 5 Chefs. You will be catering for up to 250 covers per day within retail as well as a busy hospitality offer that varies from day to day. Ideally this role requires someone who is used to cooking for high volume as well as having some fine dining experience and a strong knowledge of all the latest food trends.
This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Junior Sous or strong Chef de Partie to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation.
