We’re looking for a Graduate Business Development Executive to join the team based either from our Newcastle or Bristol offices. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global FTSE 100 listed business, whilst working in the start-up environment of Sage Earth (previously Spherics).

We are seeking a graduate who can engage confidently with Blue-chip companies and thrive in the fast-paced innovative environment.

What are we looking for?

We are open to all backgrounds, however there are a few skills and experiences that will help you thrive. You’ll need to be a Graduate, and this role would ideally suit people from a Business, Marketing, Economics, Environmental Science background.

You’ll also be

  • Passionate about sustainability, ideally with studies or experience to match.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to negotiate and influence.
  • You’ll be resilient and determined, able to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Able to work autonomously and thrive working in a goal orientated team.
  • Experience of CRM and analytics tools would be advantageous.

This role can be based from either our Bristol or Newcastle offices. You’ll be in the office at least 2 days a week so will need to live in (or be willing to relocate to) an easily commutable distance.

What you can expect from the process

3. If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre in the summer.
