• Business development to win new clients
• Candidate sourcing achieved through headhunting, networking, and advertising
• Interviewing candidates and preparing them for meetings with your clients
• Managing the whole application process
• Ensuring your candidates receive the contract they are looking for
• Building your network and updating your database on passive candidates

The Ideal Candidate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
• Financially driven and looking to earn over your basic pay
• Resilient nature and able to bounce back from rejection
• Confident speaking with clients and candidates alike
• Excellent team player with strong problem solving skills
