The Company Trainee Recruitment Consultant 

Working across the LEGAL industry, you will be specialising in sourcing talent from Senior Associate to Partner level. These candidates will be placed into Investment Funds and Capital Markets in the UK and the US. This also offers the opportunity to travel for work and meet your clients across the globe. 

As mentioned below, you will receive training from an expert who has over 20 years of experience in the recruiting industry. You will work closely with him throughout your first 4 months at the business and learn everything you need to be successful both across the recruitment role itself, but also the legal industry. 

Just to give you an idea of what your journey in the business could look like, all members of the senior management team started at the company as a trainee, and 75% of the consultants all saw 2 promotions within their first 18 months, and earned up to 75k in their first year!

The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant 

  • Researching your specific niche and understanding the main players in the industry 
  • Creating a market map of potential candidates 
  • Cold-calling new businesses and onboarding them as a client 
  • Interviewing candidates and pairing them with the best role for them 
  • Being the middleman throughout the application process and negotiating the best contract for your candidate 
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with both clients and candidates 

The Ideal Candidate Trainee Recruitment Consultant 

  • Background working in a sales-based role, or a corporate setting 
  • Money motivated with the need to earn over a basic salary 
  • Confident speaking with a range of individuals on and off the phone 
  • Enjoy working towards targets and goals
