• Crafting compelling adverts to attract top-tier talent
• Sourcing candidates through various methods, including headhunting
• Managing the candidate process from initial screening to placement
• Winning new clients and negotiating terms
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Attending industry events to expand your network and become a market expert
• Developing your personal brand
• Attending client meetings worldwide
