  • Starting salary of 25k, rising to 28k after your first promotion (4-6 months)
  • Uncapped commission structure rising to 45% with no threshold

What is the Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Building up your client base and knowledge through client meetings and cold-calling
  • Sourcing candidates and building your network- done through headhunting on LinkedIn and advertising roles on a regular basis
  • Managing the admin side of the role- scheduling meetings, gathering feedback, negotiating the best contract for your candidate, handling reservations, etc.
  • Advising clients and candidates on salary benchmarking as well as market conditions etc.

What are the Requirements Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Degree educated in any discipline
  • Ideally you will have worked in some form of sales or commercial role
  • Confident speaking on the phone with a range of individuals and characters
  • Wanting to earn well above a base salary
  • Strong problem solving skills
