• 26k base salary with on-target earnings in your first year being 65k+ – figure from average earnings for individuals in their first year between 2021-23
• Holiday incentives for the whole company – all expenses paid trips to the likes of Las Vegas, Sydney, and Amsterdam for top performers!!

• Managing the full 360 process from start to finish
• Cold-calling potential candidates and clients, onboarding new roles
• Attending client meetings, finding out the specific hiring needs, and building great relationships
• Researching your market and becoming an expert within your field

• Previous experience in a sales environment is highly sought after but not necessary
