You will join the Financial Services desk and focus on sourcing the best C-suite talent across the Hedge Fund and Investment Banking markets. Your focus will be mainly UK based, but 20% of their client base is in the US, meaning you will have exposure to businesses abroad.

You will have a personal mentor who will help you with your day-to-day, as well as weekly coaching sessions from the partner of the business. The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Business development to win new clients
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
  • Sourcing candidates through headhunting, networking, and using the company database
  • Managing the whole interview process and ensuring everyone is up to date with feedback
  • Negotiating the best package for your candidate
  • Building an online presence and personal brand
  • Consistently updating the company database with past/passive candidates
  • Closing deals and making commission!

The Ideal Candidate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment (sales, customer service, etc.)
  • Competitive shown through sports, debate, etc.
  • Financially driven and looking to earn over a basic salary
  • Confident speaking with a range of individuals both on and off the phone
