The role – Recruitment Consultant

• Generating new leads and growing your own market
• Creating lasting relationships with new clients
• Writing job adverts
• Screening candidates and assessing suitability for new roles
• Liaising with senior-level executives
• Leading client meetings
• Meeting and exceeding your targets

The ideal candidate – Recruitment Consultant

• A degree with a 2:2 or above OR 6 months of sales/recruitment experience
• A competitive background is a plus
• Clear examples of financial drive and desire to succeed
• French, German or Dutch is a plus
• An energetic and enthusiastic personality!
