Well known for having employees who bill over 1 million a year, leading to a very generous take home on top of base salary of 250k+ this is a unique opportunity for hardworking individuals who are looking for the correct opportunity to make a name for themselves. Your first promotion will typically be seen in the first 4 months of beginning, with a direct pathway to associate director from the get-go.

The role- Graduate Recruitment Consultant

 Sourcing candidates through headhunting, advertisement, and networking Interviewing candidates and presenting them to clients theyd be a great fit for. Guiding them through the interview process, providing information and advice on particular processes Working on a role from start to finish and receiving commission on the successful placement of an individual Becoming an expert within your field, creating excellent rapport whilst building up your network on LinkedIn.
