• Starting salary of 28k, rising to 30k after passing probation (6 months)

The Role Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Finding new clients through business development
• Attending client meetings and keeping up to date with hiring criteria
• Sourcing top talent through headhunting on LinkedIn
• Interviewing candidates and preparing them to meet with your clients
• Being the middleman throughout the interviewing process
• Negotiating the best package for your candidate
• Consistently working to exceed targets set
