A leading Executive Search firm based in London- specialising across the financial and corporate services are looking to onboard 4 entry level individuals into their prestigious academy. Established in over 20 years ago, they have seen rapid growth in the past 5 years- opening offices in New York, Sydney and Singapore. Priding themselves on their expensive network of clients your career will be off to an excellent start- learning from the best in the industry.

34k base salary with a discretionary bonus

1,000 bonus for every mandate completed

Training provided directly from the partners, as well as mentorship from a senior consultant

Access to the top clients from day one, allowing you to get yourself known within the industry straight away

International presence allowing the opportunity to relocate further down the line available

3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Attending client meetings in order to fully understand the brief of the job description.

Extensive research in your particular market- mapping out potential candidates and the top firms in the space

Managing the interview process from start to finish

Writing reports throughout the process to summarise your findings

Negotiating deals for your candidates

Becoming an expert within your area whilst building out your network

A 2:1 degree with strong A-Levels

Commercial experience- internships, placement years etc

Articulate and confident in presenting information/ presentations to professionals

Career driven- a real drive to work your way up the ladder
