We are looking to bring on board multiple enthusiastic individuals who have had experience prepping, masking and sanding. This could be from any industry however you must be adequately skilled in using hand and power tools from your previous employment.

The Role

As a Trainee Sander, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing of composite or aluminium panels by using handheld tools.
• Using measuring tools such as micrometers and verniers.
• Learning to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Utilizing a variety of hand & power tools.
• Filling the panels prior to them being sprayed.
• Preparing units for spraying through sanding & smoothing.

Suitability

While no prior aerospace experience is necessary for these Trainee Sander roles, candidates must have experience in a relevant field.
