As a graduate trainee Modelling Specialist in Risk, we’ll give you the best possible start to your career by equipping you with the knowledge, skills and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work.

Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to:​

  • Develop highly sought-after coding and modelling skills

  • Design, build and validate risk models
  • Accelerate your risk modelling capability by completing a world class training programme

  • Understand how to identify, analyse and report risks

Entry requirements

To be eligible for our Risk graduate programme, you’ll need:

  • To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in a STEM subject for your degree (preferably in a strong numerical discipline)
  • A growth mindset and passion for learning
  • To be a keen problem solver
  • Good analytical skills
  • To enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team
  • The ability to think strategically
