Your Role: Associate Recruitment Consultant

Starting Salary: £24,000 – £25,000+ commission

Bonus: Uncapped commission (10-40% of everything you invoice) – realistic earnings for first year £40k-50K (top first year earnings for 2023 = £100k+)
