As a First Class English Graduate, you will support gifted and low-achieving students with their learning; leading 1:1 and group sessions to improve academic achievement.

You must have a First-Class degree in English from a top-20 University

Passionate about mentoring students with SEND

Has Child-Facing Experience / Experience with Behaviour Management

Can be a role model for students wanting to go to Oxbridge and other top Universities

Has a good work ethic and subject knowledge

Can confidently teach English Language and Literature up to A-Level.
