About the role

If you’re in your penultimate year of study, this one’s for you. You’ll work with us for three months and get to know everything we do.

First, kick off with a few weeks of bootcamp, where we’ll prepare you to jump into work at Revolut with workshops, lectures, and practical exercises to start working on your skills. After a successful preparation, we’ll launch you into on-the-job training. At this stage, you’ll be face-to-face with tough challenges, problem-solving, and tasks to own.

We’re looking for #NeverSettle #GetItDone Marketing Interns to join the Creative team and keep on bringing our kick-ass products to market. Come join the (always wild, never dull) ride.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying user needs by deeply understanding our customers, and how our product works globally, to create data-driven, actionable insights for product teams
  • Supporting go-to-market launch strategies by owning development of audience strategy, value proposition, messaging, positioning, and PR strategies
  • Developing research plans to uncover customer insights, steer, and validate the product roadmap, and stay on top of the competitive landscape
  • Working closely with product and marketing teams to brief them with the user insights, value props, and messaging to successfully execute go-to-market campaigns
  • Supporting experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigour to campaigns to inform the go-to-market strategy
  • Working on and helping to execute campaigns with a strong bias for growth and business impact
  • Scaling product marketing efforts globally by operationalising resources such as playbooks for regional marketing teams
  • Carrying out competitor research to inform and provide actionable points to marketing, product, and sales on our product positioning

What you’ll need

  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English
  • An ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great writing skills
  • Social media knowledge
  • Proactive attitude
  • To feel comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for Revolut’s products, as well as a knowledge of markets and competitive landscape in the Fintech or payments industry

  • Previous internship experience in marketing area
