We are on the look for a Trainee/Junior Sales Executive to join a client of ours, within the Financial Services industry. This role is perfect for somebody that has face to face customer service, business development or office-based telephone experience, that really want to pursue a long-term career. On offer is a basic salary of £22,500, rising after probation and commission on top.

As the Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for:

• Using the internal system to find potential client leads.
• Making outbound calls to speak to potential clients.
• Being able to understand clients’ needs to offer the best solutions.
• Learning all of the company’s products and services on offer.
• Gathering client information and booking follow up meetings for BDM’s.
• Working to individual targets to ensure promotions are hit.

• Previous experience within sales, customer service, retail or similar roles.
• A friendly, bubbly and outgoing person that loves meeting new people.
