Trainee Recruitment Consultant: The Role

• You will be working closely with clients to fill their vacancies (e.g., tech companies) and candidates (e.g., talented individuals looking to be considered for the role)
• Using any means necessary to find talented candidates in the marketplace by using LinkedIn, Job boards, utilising your own network to discover and attract the right people for the vacancy you are working on.
• Speaking to apparent suitable candidates you have discovered in the marketplace and interviewing them to test their suitability for the role you are working on
• You will also be selling suitable candidates and selling them on the benefits of the current vacancy you are working on
