Apprenticeship Team Manager

We have an amazing opportunity for a Delivery Team Manager who will be accountable and responsible for delivering apprenticeships in line with Regional Business Plans. You will ensure effective delivery of the learner journey including careers information advice and guidance (CIAG), teaching, learning and assessment, and managing a multi-disciplinary team while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and employers.

Knowledgable and Desirable experience:

Qualifications and experience:

  • Educated to HNC level or equivalent with 6 good O Levels/GCSEs or equivalent including Math and English (A-C).
  • Proven management experience with responsibility for large teams over a specific geographic area.
  • Experience in remote management.
  • Management against KPIs and working across an organisation in a matrix style.
  • Good IT skills including use of databases/dashboards for performance information.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Driving Licence and vehicle.
  • Live within the local area within the region responsible for limiting the amount of travelling time.
  • Working knowledge of building services engineering and related industries. (Desired but not essential)
  • Working knowledge or experience of work-based learning and Government funded training provision with the rules and associated
