Job DescriptionTHE ROLEBeyond entry level junior consultant in a dynamic management consultancy within financial services. An excellent opportunity to progress in the ever growing Consultancy profession.PRIME RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Analysis & SupportEvaluate and prioritise business needs / requirements / processes to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.Perform detailed business requirements analysis, gather critical information from various stakeholders and document processes for the preparation of functional specifications.Analyse business structures and formulate strategies for businesses to improve based on market research, the competitive landscape, and long-term industry trend.DeliveryAssist delivery teams with client engagements by building trusting relationships with stakeholders, supporting project deliverables, and helping reach project milestones.Run workshops and training sessions with clients to support transition and to help establish transformative change.Conduct relevant research to support strategic business planning within the various departments and programmes of the client organisation.Stakeholder engagement & business developmentAttend client team meetings, actively promoting the company excellent market offering.Communicate with people at different levels in the client organisation to discover and understand the client’s change agenda.Present delivery team findings and recommendations to clients in an engaging, effective and persuasive mannerYOU WILL NEED IN Commercial awareness including knowledge of contemporary consultancy trendsKeen understanding of business frameworks and terminologyCreative and innovative thinking approach to solving business-related issuesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skillsExceptional organisational skillsAdvanced IT skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office suiteExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to effectively communicate technical jargon to non-technical/ commercial teams
