In this Graduate Sales Executive role, you will be joining one of the fastest-growing tax relief boutique consultancies in the UK, which has doubled in size over the past 18 months and continues to grow at a rapid pace. Over the past few years, we’ve hired excellent graduates who have gone on to become Partners within the business, Sales Managers and Senior Associates. We’re now looking to replicate that success, and YOU could be exactly who we’re looking for!

Job description

Following a thorough training and induction process, you will be engaging with c-suite level key decision makers of owner-managed businesses to identify opportunities where we are able to support them. You will be assessing their innovation projects and how those align with our criteria, showcasing and demonstrating the value-add of RCK Partners and how we can support them to enhance their innovation projects; and help them to claim back the tax relief they are entitled to.

Key responsibilities

  • Establishing new business opportunities and reaching out to the relevant contacts within companies identified
  • Picking up the phone to initiate contact, and building credible and long-lasting relationships with new clients
  • Qualifying and assessing prospect client projects in line with our own criteria
  • Ensuring a seamless 360 sales cycle, including the identification of the prospect, making the outreach, delivering the pitch and closing the deal
  • Setting the client up with an in-house expert Consultant, who will support the client with all of their technical and financial matters whilst continuing to remain as the commercial face of RCK to the client
  • Relationship management with your clients via regular check-ins and identifying opportunities for referral business

Job requirements

  • Graduated in the past 12 months (+) with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong negotiation skills with excellent communication skills
  • Confidence, tact, and a persuasive manner
  • Solid organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent people skills
  • A professional manner and great commercial awareness
