Administrator Apprenticeship in Business Support

Radis Community Care have an opportunity for Business Support Administrator Apprentice to be based at in our Business Support Team at our head office in Amington Tamworth.

What will the apprentice be doing?

Working as a member of the Business Support Team, you will assist with the day-to-day general administration for all departments withing the company, including HR, Finance & Operations. You will be the first point of contact for the company ensuring all calls are handled professionally and expediently. The role will involve answering emails and ticket queries ensuring all queries are handled in a professional and efficient manner.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Training will take place in the workplace and consist of planned training sessions and project work.  It will lead to a

QCF Level 3 in Business Administration

.  If applicable to you, you will also receive training to qualify you in Functional Skills.

Training will be provided so that you understand all aspects of the employee lifecycle and how to respond appropriately to requests received from internal and external customers of the Department. Duration of the course is 18 months. The working hours are 9am – 5pm 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Apprenticeship starting wage of £12,480

Qualifications needed,

  • A minimum of 5 GCSE or equivalent at Grade 7 – 4 including English is essential
  • GCSE or equivalent Mathematics (Grade 7 – 4) is desirable

Skills needed,

Desirable skills are, Communication skills, IT skills,  Meticulous attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Administrative skills,
