Job DescriptionAssociate Consultant – September 2024 Start DateAre you a recent graduate looking for your first role in Recruitment? We are looking for associate consultants to join our dynamic graduate programme starting in September 2024. You will get to work with our market-leading clients across financial services, legal and insurance, connecting them with top-tier talent across technology, transformation, and innovation to shape and build the future.In this role, there is no “typical day”. However, you can expect to be identifying and connecting with elite talent, researching and mapping out core market areas to identify prospective candidates, engaging with relevant candidates and assessing their fit on behalf of our clients, creating visual presentations and documents, managing relationships with candidates throughout processes, building your network and deepening your market knowledge to work towards becoming a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.You will have a unique chance to broaden your knowledge and skill set with our collaborative environment of consistent learning and development. All of this enables you to accelerate your growth with significant scope for progression through the company.
