Apprentice Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Apprentice Administrator position, Monday through Friday, based in Hamilton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and maintaining the efficient operation of our office. This role also involves working towards completing a Business Administration apprenticeship program.

The apprenticeship includes a 12-month remote learning program to obtain the necessary qualifications. Applicants must have a minimum of a grade 3 or higher in Maths, English, and Science to be considered for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities & Accountability

  • Provide administrative support either as part of a team or individually
  • Responsibility for specific projects and tasks
  • Raise, record and receipt of purchase orders

Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Experience of working in an office administration would be beneficial but not essential
  • Good knowledge of both Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High level of accuracy
  • Flexibility with willingness and ability to adapt to all situations
