Prospero Teaching are looking for Graduates to work as a Teaching Assistants in Primary Schools in the Grays area. These positions are to start in September 2024 and will be ongoing for the academic year until July 2025

These positions will be ideal for recent graduates who are looking to gain experience in a classroom environment before starting teacher training.

Graduates in any subject will be considered, and the schools are especially interested in graduates of core subjects; English, Maths and Science.

Contract/position details:

* Location – Grays and the surrounding area* Position – Graduate Teaching Assistant * Contract or position start date – 02/09/2024* Duration / Likely Duration – ongoing for the academic year until July 2025* Contract type – ongoing* Full-time/part-time – Full-time Monday to Friday (term time only)* Minimum rate of pay – £85 – £90 per day

Experience, Training and qualifications:

* Degree (2:1 or above) in any subject* GCSE English and Maths grade ‘C’ or above

To be eligible you must have/be:

* Hold Right to Work in the UK* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application* Provide a minimum of two references covering the last 2 years
