Here are some of the responsibilities:
Solve system user problems and resolve customer questions and issues
Advise system users on how to get the most from software solutions
Help customers configure the systems to meet their business needs
Identify and gather ideas for new functionality and services
Visit customers to identify opportunities for improved use of the software solutions
Support other teams in testing new releases
Requirements for the role:
Fluent to a native level of French (both written and spoken)
Full right to work in the UK without any restrictions (no graduate visas unfortunately)
Based close to or willing to relocate to London as this is a hybrid position
Some previous client-facing experience e.g. in retail or hospitality would be a bonus
Achieved a 2:1 / Mention Bien or above at Bachelor’s level in a STEM or analytical subject
Excellent A-levels / Baccalauréat and particularly in Mathematics
World class problem solving skills
Logical, well organised and practical
Confident and eager to take on responsibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly
The ability to work well as part of a team, seamlessly collaborating with others
Computer literate (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to pick up new concepts
A starting salary of £31,000 – £33,000 p.a. is offered, as well as competitive benefits and an option to work remotely up to 3 days a week after probation period (4 months).
