Are you a recent graduate or in your final year of University looking for an opportunity to join the commercial property world?

I am working with a unique multidisciplinary firm based across the South-West who are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join the team in their Exeter office.

Working closely alongside directors and other team members, you will be providing professional advice to clients across a range of residential and commercial projects.

The workload is reasonably broad and the building surveying team focus on 3 core areas:

• Projects
• Litigation (expert witness, party wall disputes, boundary walls)
• Surveys (schedules of conditions, reinstatement surveys, planned maintenance)

You will also be provided with APC support through a training regime alongside a supportive team of colleagues – my client has a 100% success rate with the APC!
