Junior Sous Chef Restaurant

This is an exciting role to support within in the restaurant team at a prestigious new restaurant in Kensington & Chelsea. Bringing an Italian fine dining flavour to West London.

With a high-profile chef, Emanuele Pollini, designing the food concept, this will be an incredible opportunity to work in a grade 2 listed iconic building, with an art gallery.

As a Junior Sous Chef you will work within the kitchen at one of the dedicated sections that will be issued to you by the Sous and Head Chef.

The Junior Sous Chefwill:

Prepare all dishes

Support in the creation of new dishes

Maintain cleanliness in kitchen

Ensure food hygiene and health & safety requirements are all met

Skills & Experience

At least 5 years experience working in High end restaurants

An understanding of food hygiene requirements set out by the Food Standards Agency

Level 2 Food Hygiene (HACCP)

A positive attitude and willingness to be flexible in helping all other departments

Experience in maintaining stores and effective stock management
