What you will do in your working day

  • Monitoring email inbox

  • Dealing with bookings

  • Checking guests in and out

  • Change over in between bookings

  • Managing booking platforms

The training you will be getting

On successful completion of the apprenticeship you will achieve a Level 2 Customer Service qualification.

You will attend Boston College at least once a month where you will receive one-to-one support from your assessor and Functional Skills tutors for English and maths, if necessary.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

With additional training, apprentices may be able to progress in their careers to roles including customer relationship manager, customer service executive officer, customer service delivery co-ordinator, customer service team leader, customer service supervisors and managers, senior customer service advisers or a wide range of other customer service related roles.
