Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for a premier FTSE 100 company who are looking to under-go large scale transformation to further position the company for greater success. They are looking to onboard a Junior Manager into the CSO’s office and work directly with senior and influential people in the business.The role has a broad and impactful remit with fantastic career growth within the immediate vertical or across the broader business.Key Responsibilities:Project ManagementTake ownership of specific projects/workstreamsManage the delivery of key initiatives and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure that critical data, analysis, insights, or actions are delivered with high quality in a timely manner.Initiate key strategy implementation projects.ResearchCollaborate with junior team members to gather primary data on markets, industry trends, and their implications for the business.Assist in researching and writing reports to brief senior management on key industry developments/disruptions.AnalysisWork as part of the Group Strategy team to convert information into insightful recommendations for the business.CommunicationEngage with, and prepare presentations for, and extensive list of key stakeholders at all levels across the business and manage communication with our 40+ markets on key strategic projects.Candidate Requirements:3+ years experience at a premier consultancy firm.Exceptional communication and timekeeping skills.Innovative and driven work ethic.Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
