Graduate Consultant

to support the delivery of several long-term exciting projects across the country. The position will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work on a number of high-profile projects and meaningfully contribute to habitat restoration in addition to a number of nationally significant infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

– Work as part of the Agri-environmental team to assist with project delivery. – Undertake fieldwork which may include sample collection, habitat assessment and farm visits to assess the impact of infrastructure projects on farms. – Contribute to writing technical reports and feeding into project progress meetings. – Providing expertise and assistance/advice to the consultancy team as required. – Liaising with clients and other project stakeholders as required. – Undertaking other environmental consultancy tasks that may be assigned.

The Candidate

We’d love to hear from you if you:

– Have recently graduated with a level 8 degree in Ecology, Botany, Environmental Science, Agricultural Science or similar. – Can work effectively on your own and as part of a team in remote locations. – Have a strong knowledge of Irish Agriculture. – Have excellent attention to detail. – Are Experienced using GIS.
