Pertemps Work Based Learning are currently working in partnership alongside a fantastic training provider who deliver apprenticeship programmes within Financial Services. They are rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted, and due to a period of growth they are now looking to bring on a Business Development Executive.

Duties of Business Development Executive- Apprenticeships

Sales-

  • To identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets, resulting in a measurable increase in sales revenue and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research
  • Respond to sales enquiries and up sell and cross sell full range of programmes and course
  • Account managing the relationship of employers and stakeholders as appropriate, capturing, and executing business development opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with existing customers to foster growth and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Attend local networking events
  • Gather client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction

Skills and Experiences for Business Development Executive- Apprenticeships

  • Experience of working within the further education or recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record for generating revenue through new business development within the training sector.
  • Experience in using The Apprenticeship Service
  • Minimum of 2 years Business Development experience
  • Ability to develop new business and attract new clients.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, the ability to present information in a clear manner and deliver
  • presentations.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate.
