Trainee Estate Agent – Market Leading Estate Agent in Hackney

*Driving licence, own car and a strong work ethic are essential*

OTE up to £40k – Basic salary £17k+ – Car allowance of circa £200 per month

Training provided by some of the industry’s best!

Hours of work

• Monday to Thursday – 9am – 6:30pm

• Friday – 9am – 6pm

• Saturday – 9am – 4pm

• CLOSED Sundays + additional 2 days off a month

Trainee Estate Agent duties

• Speak to clients both over the telephone and in person

• Chasing leads and keeping in contact with applicants/clients

• Book in & conduct property viewings

• Negotiate offers & agree sales

• Carry out basic administration

• Generate and book in valuations

Skills & experience

• Sales experience preferred but not essential

• Able to demonstrate good customer service skills

• Work as part of a team

• Positive, organised and reliable
