Junior Acoustic Consultant

My clients are a well-established acoustic consultancy specialising in acoustic engineering and noise control solutions. Their comprehensive services include noise studies, acoustic design, and mitigation solutions. Leveraging their expertise in diverse specialisations such as architecture, environmental engineering, surveying, and manufacturing, they provide customised solutions to address clients’ unique acoustic challenges.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in acoustic engineering or a related discipline.
• Possession of a valid UK driver’s license.
• A minimum of one year of practical experience in sound and noise surveys.
• Membership in the Institute of Acoustics (IOA).
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Systematically compile technical data from assessments to produce comprehensive technical reports.
• Conduct surveys and assessments on noise and vibration utilising modelling software.
• Maintain effective communication and encourage relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project’s lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
