We have an immediate requirement for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, full training given, to join our lively and thriving Environmental and Engineering Recruitment consultancy based in Mumbles. Penguin Recruitment is the UK’s leading Environmental and Engineering Consultancy and in Mumbles Swansea we employ just over 30 recruitment consultants and support staff.

We are seeking an ambitious graduate recruitment consultant offering the opportunity to earn £40,000 or more by your second year, and we have teams of recruitment consultants who can confirm this is realistic and achievable. Recruitment is not easy, it requires great communication skills coupled with resilience, determination and old fashioned hard work!

You will be trained into all aspects of recruitment, from advertising to relationship building, from marketing to negotiation.

As we enter our 20th year in business we are able to offer an established client base, an unrivalled candidate database all operated from our glorious Mumbles location.
