Junior Data Engineer | Bristol | Permanent | £33,500

Opening:

Peaple Talent have partnered with a growing business in North Bristol to recruit a Junior Data Engineer.

Job Brief:

As the Junior Data Engineer, you will work within a dynamic team to provide timely, precise data that fuels informed decision-making across the business. You will also be required to provide application support across their ERP system.

The successful candidate will be an organised and driven professional who is keen to pursue a career in data engineering.

Note – You will be required to be onsite 3 days a week in their North Bristol offices.

The role:

• Creation of new reports using PostgreSQL/Excel
• Ensure the integrity of all system and reporting
• Provide application and desktop support to end users when required

Your profile:

The ideal candidate will have the following experience;

• Creation of Excel reports using SQL or PostgreSQL
• Some knowledge of Python programming
• Knowledge of Windows desktop
• An understanding of PowerBI would be advantageous
• Organised and driven professional who is keen to learn in all areas of IT
