We are seeking a driven Graduate to join us as a 360-recruitment consultant. You will need to possess the ability to work within a fast-paced sales environment.

The opportunity:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, we will teach you how to build a successful desk within your market You will get to work directly with our Directors, who will provide you with one-to-one coaching and be at your desk with you doing the same as we expect of you.

Starting in recruitment is tough. You will face a lot of rejection and dead ends! To be successful, you will need to hold a significant amount of resilience and a drive to be successful no matter what.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

· Developing and nurturing new business relationships

· Organise and direct sales activity

· Be a role model for the business and your team

· Be approachable and encourage collaborative learning and also working

Remuneration and benefits include:

Up to £24,000 base salary plus uncapped commission

Up to 40% commission paid monthly with no threshold

Quarterly on target and exceed bonuses

Anual on target and exceed bonus
