The key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Reviewing and assessing material gatheredduring investigations using a digital evidence management system and applyingdocument descriptions in accordance with the requirements of the relevantcriminal legislation and FCA policy.
  • Assisting in the creation of schedules ofunused material in preparation for trial.
  • Assisting the team in ensuring that case filesand records are accurately and efficiently maintained, including documentscheduling, archiving and retrieval in line with FCA policy and procedures.
  • Drafting documents, including correspondence,memos and minutes.
  • Timely and accurate complex documentpreparation including photocopying, collation, pagination, labelling andlisting.
  • Maintaining and promoting effective workingrelationships with colleagues in other business areas and with external bodies.
