Position Summary

Oxford, a leading global platform for real estate investment, development, and management, are looking for a highly motivated Graduate to complete a 3-year apprenticeship to become a fully qualified Chartered Accountant ACA (ICAEW) with block release and in-house training. Please apply below to express your interest. The apprenticeship will start September 2024.


This training opportunity would provide supervised and practical in-house training in the following:

  • Month /quarter end review and reporting, including the preparation of bank reconciliations
  • Preparation of audited and unaudited financial statements for certain legal entities and coordination of year-end audits
  • Assisting in operational support comprising of accounts payable and processing payments as required
  • Provide administrative support as needed including filing and organizing financial documents
  • Responding to ad hoc requests from the wider business
  • Participation in projects with a focus on continuous improvement and
  • Ensure compliance with Oxford’s processes and controls.

Candidate requirements & qualifications

  • You will need to be graduating in 2024 with a 2.1/1st Finance degree, have a logical and analytical mind, enjoy meeting people and be able to communicate clearly and easily.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, have proven financial analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • A strong willingness to embrace collaborative sharing of knowledge within a teamwork environment, as well as a drive to deliver the highest performance through creative thinking.
