Job Description

As our Trainee Recruitment Partner, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting our clients and helping them build teams that not only excel in their roles but also contribute to a better and brighter, more sustainable future.

As Trainee Recruitment Partner, you will be immersed in the world of Recruitment Process Outsourcing, gaining valuable insights and delivering suitable candidates through sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of highly skilled roles.

You’ll be given full accountability for the end-to-end recruitment process for existing, well-established RPO clients.

What you will learn:

Develop relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and long term project goals to deliver successful placements

Learn the fundamentals of all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, CV screening and interview coordination

Learn the most effective ways to manage and negotiate offers ensuring both parties are satisfied

Ensure candidates have completed all relevant checks prior to starting in their new role

Assist in identifying top talent through various channels including job boards, social media and referrals

Develop effective interview techniques to assess skills, experiences and suitability.

Support the end-to-end recruitment process from initial candidate engagement, to offer negotiation and boarding

What we’re looking for:

Recent graduate with a degree or equivalent

A keen interest in pursuing a career in recruitment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and clients

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development and growth

£24,000 basic salary with achievable targets and uncapped commission opportunities.
