Job Description

As a trainee IT recruiter, you will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals and gain hands on experience in all aspects of the recruitment process.

What you will learn:

Sales techniques to build relationships with prospect clients to understand their hiring needs and generate recruitment opportunities

Learn the fundamentals of IT recruitment including candidate sourcing, CV screening and interview coordination

Assist in identifying top niche IT talent through various channels including job boards social media and networking events

Collaborate with recruiters to conduct candidate registrations and interviews to assess skills, experiences and suitability

Support the end to end recruitment process from initial candidate engagement, to offer negotiation and boarding

What we’re looking for:

Recent graduate with a degree in computer science, information technology, human resources or a related field

Passion for technology and a keen interest in pursuing a career in IT recruitment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and clients

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development and growth
