We are driven by innovation and focused on delivering exceptional results to our clients and users.You will be joining a high performing technical team made up of product managers, technical operations and developers. Reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager, your role would be support the delivery and maintenance of product features at the highest quality for our users.This role would be ideal for someone with 1-2 years’ experience working with an agile development team.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage different priorities and projects simultaneously, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have a great attention to detail and be passionate about making improvements to products and processes.This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of thousands of people across the globe.As the Junior Product Owner, you will:Involved in day to day management of story capture processSprint facilitationDrive requirements analysis for new functionalityRelease management of functionalityFacilitate user acceptance feedback across all areas of the businessHelp ensure consistently high-quality product releasesFacilitate and maintain product feature documentationSkills and experienceWe’re a close-knit family so a willing, friendly and collaborative personality is really important to us. And we’re exceptionally nimble and things move fast so we really value ‘athletic’ minds and a “let’s give it a go” attitude.For this role the ideal candidate should have:1-2 years experience working a tech/ product teamExperience of working with an agile/iterative software delivery process, especially ScrumExperience of creation of robust User Stories and detailed acceptance criteriaExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in dealing with senior stakeholders across business areasExcellent analytical skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Trello and ConfluenceWhat’s in it for you?At nudge we put people first.
