What does the role involve?

As a Release Analyst Graduate, you will join our Software Engineering team. During the two-year programme, you’ll spend your time across both Release Management and Environment Management, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself as a professional, and potential leader.

Within this role, you will play a key part in supporting with the management of release of software products and updates to ensure smooth and successful deployment. You will work closely to coordinate release schedules, identify and resolve potential issues, and communicate release plans to stakeholders.

Our office is based in Leeds but we’re passionate about hybrid working, attendance at the Leeds office is a minimum of 2 days per month.

Some of your key duties will include

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product scope and dependencies
• Administrate release plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation and communicate release plans and schedules to stakeholders
• Liaise with testers to ensure the quality and stability of software releases and conduct release readiness reviews and gate approvals before deployment
• Continuously help the wider function to monitor and evaluate the release management process and work towards identifying opportunities for improvement

You’ll have recently graduated and achieved a 2:2 or above in your chosen degree.
