We have partnered with a challenger bank whose sole mission is to improve banking services for the agricultural sector. Founded by farmers and bankers they combine these industries to provide tailor made solutions for rural communities and operate very differently from high street banks.

They are looking for trainees to join their team and grow and develop as the business does.

This position will give you the opportunity to learn about financial services and working in a corporate environment whilst helping to improve the financial health of the UK farming industry. This role will work closely with a portfolio of clients specifically within the farming sector assisting them with their banking needs over the phone, by email and in person.

This role will suit someone from a farming family who is interested in doing something new but still being connected to agriculture and farming, giving you the ability to make a difference to rural communities throughout the UK.

Ideal candidate profile:

University educated (A level standard as a minimum)

Link to farming (farming family, worked on a farm or agricultural business)
