We are looking for current Band 5 nurses interested in a development opportunity to become a clinical educator and part deputy sister. Here in Endoscopy we take pride in providing our staff with further opportunities for training and progression and with an increase in the number of Registered Nurses working with the team we are looking to appoint an additional clinical educator to support learning and development.We are looking for someone with a real passion for working with learners such as nurses undergoing return to practice and overseas programmes. supervised practice, pre and post registration programmes and those in bands 1-4 looking to progress. You will need to be able to share and demonstrate best practice with the team to deliver the high quality, safe and compassionate care our patients have come to expect.
