Job DescriptionNixor are proud to be working with one of the most recognisable luxury Automotive brands in the UK, and around the world. They are currently undertaking a global transformation and in order to support this change they are up skilling huge portions of the workforce. As a result are looking for Trainers, Assessors or Coaches that have supported people through the Apprenticeship journey.The role of Cohort leader will be to ensure the consistent and efficient delivery of the Employee Development Apprenticeship programmes from apprentice induction through to successful completion. This requires direct and regular engagement with employees on the programmes, their line managers, education providers and other internal and external stakeholders such as End Point Assessment Organisations.You will review and monitor progression against agreed plans and milestones providing support and guidance throughout the apprenticeship journey.These Cohort leader roles will be working with experienced individuals undertaking retraining or upskilling at Level 7 Apprenticeships. Therefore, experience of supporting more experienced individuals (rather than Early Careers) through an apprenticeship program would be advantageous.You could be from an Assessor or trainer background, but ideally, you will have supported a number of individuals through a learning / apprenticeship process.
