About the Role: We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Junior D365 CRM Developer to join an innovative and growing company, which is an end user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in D365 CRM development while working on impactful projects within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Role Overview: As a Junior D365 CRM Developer, you will work closely with senior developers and business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the D365 CRM environment. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to advance their career in CRM development, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to a company’s growth by optimizing their CRM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the customization and development of D365 CRM applications to meet business needs.
  • Work collaboratively with senior developers and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and integrations within the D365 CRM platform.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring seamless CRM operation.
  • Document technical processes, specifications, and solutions for future reference.
  • Stay informed about the latest D365 CRM features and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization and configuration.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and .NET.
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the D365 CRM space.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Basic knowledge of REST APIs and integrations.
  • Previous experience or internships in CRM development.
